Excellent Puffy Tacos!! Very casual Mexican food. I like the ground beef puffy. Cash only, so make sure you have it on hand. 😊

CASH ONLY (I don't understand on this day and age restaurants who are still using cash) the food was good. I ordered 1 chicken puffy, one steak puffy and one beef taquito as I wanted to try all their meat. Steak is by far the best, then ground beef, and chicken last. Someone tell the owner it's time for him to get out of the stone age and set his restaurant up with debit/credit card and Google pay, it's ridiculous having to go take money out of the ATM because he doesn't have his restaurant up to today's standards

Great tacos, one of a kind with the light crunchy puffy shell and the wonderfully seasoned ground beef. You will come back for more. Just be prepared to eat there since the shells dont travel well as thet get soggy and bring cash since credit cards not accepted.

Really really good tacos. The shell was like a chimichanga taco shell.

I've been coming here for over 20 years. They consistently deliver uniquely delicious tacos. The taco shells puff up when they're cooked. This adds a whole new texture to the taco. You have to try this place I promise you'll love them.

Best TexMex Tacos in Whiiter the asada tostadas and puffy tacos are the best. Great customer service super friendly location is clean the only bad part is that is Cash only !!!

Maybe we overhyped it or maybe it was the 30 minute drive for us both ways but it didn't live up to our expectations on those great social media pics. It was definitely good and unique. If we're in the area I might stop by again. The meats were dry but still had good taste. The Mexican plate was good but nothing that stood out. Inside the restaurant was as cold as a refrigerator and it was warmer outside at 65 degrees. Outside tables were dirty.

Try the puffy taco. All food is great. Very fair prices. Plenty of tables outside

UNIQUE EXPERIENCE: There is NOTHING like a puffy taco anywhere in California. SIX stars! Restaurants & take out come & go but Arturo's Puffy Tacos are here to stay, thank G-d. Friendly folks serving a unique and tasty treat. Who can ask for more? They upgraded the stand with new tables under the eve's & it increased the seating significantly.

I heard about this place so I decided to give this puffy tacos a try. The tacos where nice and crunchy and thier salsa was awsome after all for me a taco is not a taco with out some good salsa. I would come back for some more. Yes I would recommend this place if you are looking for some good crunchy tacos.
